Sat 08 Jun 2024Well done to Mrs Ketland, (who is a Learning Support Assistant in Early Years) as she has gained her Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and will be leading Forest School sessions with Early Years.

Year 2 virtual assembly for World Ocean Day 7th June 2024
Sat 08 Jun 2024Year 2 attended a virtual assembly for World Ocean Day, linked to their topic 'Splash'. They learnt how to be a a Good Blue Human and how to care for our planet.

Year 5 flight of the quail egg 3rd June 2024
Mon 03 Jun 2024Today Blwyddyn 5 completed the flight of the quail egg challenge. Well done to Team RAF whose plane flew an average of 9.2m with the egg intact inside the aircraft. Well done everybody! Photos in special events section.

Urenco workshop with Year 5 21st May 2024
Tue 21 May 2024Urenco came to school today to lead a workshop with Year 5 about materials. They were completing mini investigations to find out how uranium is separated before it can be sent on to be used at a nuclear power station. Open the Book assembly 20th May 2024
Tue 21 May 2024Thank you to Open the Book that came to lead our collective worship on Monday. The children really enjoyed it! They heard the story of Joseph and his brothers. Photos are in the gallery section of this website.

Year 3 attending First Experiences Musical Extravaganza 24th April 2024
Sat 27 Apr 2024Year 3 had a fantastic time visiting William Aston Hall to play the recorder as part of the First Experience Musical Extravaganza.

Welsh water workshop with Years 2 and 3 26th April 2024
Sat 27 Apr 2024Welsh Water visited Yr 2 and 3. The children learnt all about the water cycle and where water comes from. They had to be engineers and work as a team to connect all the buildings in the village to the water source using pipes and connectors. The children loved it. 17th April 2024 Mewn Cymeriad
Wed 17 Apr 2024Today Mewn Cymeriad came into school to perform Hanes Yr Iaith to Blwyddyn 5 and 6 where the learnt all about the history of the Welsh language. Photos are in the gallery section and special events section of our website.
