Year 1, 2 and 3  visited a Roman Fort today at Park in the Past. They had a brilliant time learning all about Roman life. The children were greeted by two Roman soldiers who talked to them about life at the fort. The children dressed up in armour and had a go at battle formations. They helped repair the Roman road and had training for spear throwing. All the children thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Da iawn pawb.
